Tea-Drinking Gorilla & Rolling Stones' Ron Wood

If you're like me, you probably never knew there was such a thing as a tea-drinking gorilla. Unfortunately, Mumba, the tea-drinking gorilla discussed in this piece in the Toronto Globe and Mail, is no more. Mumba passed on recently at the ripe old age of 48. No specifics were offered on what type of tea Mumba preferred.

Speaking of monkey business, a new bio of Rolling Stone Ron Wood is due to hit the shelves soon. It will discuss his very Rolling Stones-like issues with alcohol and whatnot and will surely be filled with many other salacious bits. As for why it's called Fifty Tea Bags and a Bottle of Rum: A Memoir, some cursory research on my part wasn't able to uncover the answer to that. If you sort it out, feel free to leave a comment.

shop for tea books.

Nick Cowan reveals that the band required HP sauce and PG Tips tea wherever they went in the world. I assume the tea came in 50 bag boxes.
