Chai Direct aims to bring chai online to America in a big way. What is chai? Chai is simply the Indian word for "tea." But in the West, chai tea refers to spiced Indian tea specifically. This is traditional black tea with a variety of added spices including cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, ginger, black pepper and more.
